»Voting privileges apply (1 vote per membership)

»Membership can be held in the name of an entity
Privileges
»Green fees and court fees do not apply
»Allows the use of all club facilities
»Allows member to participate in all applicable club-sponsored events (fees may apply subject to availability)
»14 day advance sign-up for tee times and court times
Family Privileges
»Includes member’s spouse and unmarried children under age 25 who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis
»Member’s immediate family is entitled to use the club facilities in accordance with the member’s category of membership
»Extended Family privileges include club usage at member’s rates.
Guest Privileges
»Guests permitted upon payment of appropriate guest fee (accompanied or unaccompanied, restrictions apply)
»Member is responsible for payment of all charges made by member's guests
Designated Users
»May designate up to three additional individuals as users of membership privileges
»Family privileges apply to designated users
»Only one user of the membership may claim member privileges at one time. All others will be considered guests and will be required to pay the appropriate fees.
»Additional dues cost of $2000 per additional user
Lessee Privileges
»Designate lessee of residential unit as beneficial user of membership privileges
»Lease term must be minimum of 90 days
»Copy of lease and application for use privileges required
»A membership (in good standing) must be currently in place for the residential unit being leased
»Lessee is entitled to same membership privileges as lessor
»During such time, lessor (member) shall have no membership privileges
»Member is responsible for all annual dues, club fees and charges made by lessee left unpaid
Assignment Privileges
»Designate individual as beneficial user of membership privileges
»Assignment term must be minimum of 90 days
»During such time, the member shall have no membership privileges
»A membership must be in good standing
»Member is responsible for all annual dues, club fees and charges made by assignee left unpaid
Additional Fees
»Golf cart or trail fees
»Locker and bag storage (if desired)
»Personal charges
Reimbursement of Membership Contribution
»Written notice of resignation is required, but dues and assessments are payable until membership is reissued.
»When membership is reissued by the club, if resigned member is in good standing, member is entitled to receive:
»60% of current membership contribution
