The Fitness Center
Located directly across from the Clubhouse, the Fitness Center is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and an outdoor lap pool. Men's and Ladies' locker rooms are complete with showereing facilities and a sauna room. The Fitness Center is open 7 days a week, from 6:00am until 10:00pm.
Fitness Classes
Instruction in Anusara Yoga and our newest cardio-aerobics class DanceFit! are available weekly by our certified trainers at OM CAT YOGA. Classes are held at the Fitness Center.
Water Aerobics
Seasonally we offer Water Aerobics classes in the Fitness Center adult lap pool for those ages 18 and older. Water Aerobics are now being offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00pm.
Fitness Center Pool
The adults-only lap pool at the Fitness Center is located within walking distance from our Clubhouse. This pool is heated year round and perfect for cardiovascular exercise. Water aerobics classes are available seasonally for members and guests.
Beach Club Pool
 Just steps from the beach, the spacious family pool by the Calibogue Club is surrounded by sunning decks and a convenient bar & grill.
Cabanas provide shade from the summer sun as well as the screened-in bar and dining area.
Lunch is available for swimmers and sunbathers who wish to order from the Calibogue Club menu and have it delivered poolside by the Beach Club Attendant.
Guest Pools
For our guests staying in the Plantation Homes or Osprey Town Homes, you will find private pools for your enjoyment. The Plantation and Osprey Pools are complete with sunning decks and lounge chairs as well as restroom facilities.
